How to assembly a cardboard display tower
BRIEF:
Quote based on 2018 unit knifeline & photos supplied
Dress Up Kit to fit tower spec C02 with compartment area at base
refer to pages 610 of "combined tower" knife attached to spec C02
WRAP x 1
Side Panels to be wrap style around sides & back, attaching with velcro inside tower side walls
(allowing it to be easily removed without tearing the xmas art underneath)
Flat size: produce in 2 parts and preglue together to supply as 1 piece
Part 1: 1040mm W x 1480mm, Part 2: 690mm W x 1480mm
MATERIAL: 300gsm Artboard (or similar GSM)
FINISH: Gloss UV Varnish 1 side
Velcro preapplied with amount & positions to match velcro preapplied to tower
Wrap considerations: must not tear as it is adhered to tower or removed from tower. Consider
synthetic stocks or quote cello if needed for durability.
SHELF STRIPS x10
SIZE: 348mm W x 40mm H square cut
PRINT: 4 Colour C MYK x 1 side only
MATERIAL: 200gsm Artpaper with Gloss UV Varnish x 1 side only
No D/S tape needed, shelf strips will fit into a full length data strip on towers
HEADER x2
SIZE: 413mm W x 335mm H, diecut within these dimensions, refer to header knife on pg 7 of
"combined tower" knife attached to spec C02
PRINT: 4 Colour C MYK x 2 sides
MATERIAL: Single Layer B Flute
Mount 170gsm Gloss Artpaper to BOTH SIDES of B Flute (or similar GSM)
FINISH: Gloss UV Varnish both sides
PREAPPLIED ELEMENTS:
Halloween wrap to be preapplied with velcro to tower on spec c02 before being packed &
shipped.
Both kinds of shelf strips to be preinserted into plastic data strips on tower before being packed
& shipped (xmas ones at back/in first)
Pack Xmas DUK components into own package altogether to fit into the compartment.
PACKING N/A as this DUK to be packed in with tower spec C02
